Peter Wright is a Plant and Automation Engineer from the Northwest of England. He gained a Technician Apprenticeship with a well known manufacturer of housewares products which employed over 1200 people. He became Maintenance Manager there but left to work in a technical college before the company relocated to China.
Peter now owns a training company in Blackburn, Lancashire called : –Engineering Training Solutions Ltd
He creates and delivers training courses for Maintenance Engineers based on his real life experiences within high volume manufacturing and process, knowing these experiences are commonly required by many Engineers hoping to progress within the Manufacturing Environment.
More recently, Peter has created a division of Engineering Training Solutions to deliver Electrical Maintenance Skills ONLINE. This approach has become a reliable and accepted means of course delivery with its quality “screencast” content and its highly optimised accessibility. The Electrical Part 1 course for example represents around 40hrs of guided online learning via screencasts and video and the 1day practical assessments are carried out at the Training Centre in Blackburn.
